Tutorial written on the 8th Feb 2008
Tubes of choice ( I used tubes from Michael Landefeld, purchased from CILM HERE )
Texture of choice
Open a 600x500 blank canvas
Flood fill white
Rectangle with these settings
Line - normal
Width - 1
Foreground - Black
Background - Null
Draw a rectangle
Convert to raster
Duplicate and Mirror
Hide the white layer and merge visible
Select inside of the rectangles
Selections - Modify - Contract by 5
New raster - Flood fill black
Selections - Modify - Contract by 2
Flood fill with a pattern of choice
Do NOT deselect
Open your tubes and paste them on to your canvas, move them into position
Selections - Invert - Delete
Add a drop shadow to the pattern/black layer
Select your text tool and write a saying
Image - Free Rotate - Right 90
All layers and Rotate single layer unchecked
Duplicate
Image - Mirror - Flip
Add your name and artist copyright
Dropshadow
Select your symmetric shape tool
Width 2
Foreground - Black
Background - Null
Draw a star in the middle of the canvas
Once happy convert to raster
Selections - Modify - expand by 2
Flood fill with your pattern
Paste your first tube as a new layer - move it into position
Selections - Invert - Delete
Do this with your 2 other tubes
Duplicate your flood fill pattern 2 times so you should have 3
Dropshadow the outline and hide it
Merge each of your tubes with a flood fill pattern
Hide 2 of the tubes and un hide your outline
Copy
Go to animation shop and CTRL V
Back to PSP
Hide the tube you just used and un hide the 2nd tube
Copy
Go to animation shop and CTRL L
Back to PSP
Hide the tube you just used and un hide the 3rd tube
Copy
Go to animation shop and CTRL L
Click on the first star
Effects - insert image transition
with these settings
Click on the second star
Effects - insert image transition
with same settings
Edit - Select all
Copy
Paste as a new animation
Select all
Animation - Reverse frames
Delete the last frame
Select all
Copy
back to original animation - make sure you are at the end of the animation
Right click on the last frame and paste - paste after current frame
Back to PSP
Copy your tag and paste it as a new animation in animation shop
Duplicate the frames to match your animation
on your star animation
Select all
Draw your animation on to your tag
View animation
MAKE SURE THAT ANIMATION TIME IS ABOUT 14
If happy save!

Edit - Select all
Copy
Paste as a new animation
Select all
Animation - Reverse frames

Right click on the last frame and paste - paste after current frame
Back to PSP
Copy your tag and paste it as a new animation in animation shop
Duplicate the frames to match your animation
on your star animation
Select all
Draw your animation on to your tag
View animation
