Supplies Needed for this tutorial are:
Paint shop pro
Animation Shop
Mask by Becky here
Tube Of choice (I used a tube by ©Pierluigi Abbondanza. Purchased from MyPspTubes, http://mypsptubes.com.
Do not use the same tube if you do not have a license)
Font (I used Chatty Cocktails)
Open a 600x500 canvas
Flood fill white Select the Symmetric tool (Star Preset) With these settings Foreground white and background nothing Draw out a medium sized size and convert to raster layer name it star frame Go to Selections, Modify and Expand by 1 New Raster Flood fill with a colour from your tube name this star colour Keep Selected!!! Now Add your tube and position inside of your star Add a dropshadow of choice Invert and with the eraser tool erase any bit of the tube you don't want hanging out of the star. Select none Add a dropshadow to your star frame Click on the layer called star colour and with Alien constellation filter apply with these settings ![]() Now add any some little stars around your big star Merge all the little stars together With your magic wand click in all the little stars and add the constellation filter with the same settings as before. Add a dropshadow
New raster layer flood fill with the colour you used earlier go to layers new mask layer find mask and apply (Invert Unchecked) resize about 70% and move it until you are happy with the placement. Add all appropriate copyright Now click on your mask layer ![]() Apply the constellation filter with these settings Copy merged Go to animation and paste as new animation Back to psp undo the constellation filter and apply again but click on random once Go to animation shop and Press CTRL and L together Back to PSP undo the constellation filter and apply again but click on random once View Animation and if happy save!!
