Open a new canvas 600x500
flood fill white
Open wordart4 and resize until happy, copy and paste it onto your canvas and add a dropshadow of choice.
Open paper18 colourize using a colour from your tube, set your paper as the background in your palette by right clicking on the background palette then other, click on pattern and find your paper and click ok. No foreground colour.
Click on preset shape tool and draw a circle smaller than your word art.
Once happy convert to raster. Add the same dropshadow as before.
Open the laptop2 and again resize until happy, place it in the middle, colourize it with the same colour you used earlier
and add your dropshadow.
Open wordart3 resize enough so it will be able to fit inside the laptop screen, colourize and add your dropshadow
Open the pda and resize and colourize as before, place it to the left of the laptop.
Open your tube and place it to the right, resize if needed, add your dropshadow.
Now for the mask, open a paper13 and colourize it as before
Layers, New mask layer from image
Find your mask and delete the mask, click yes merge.
Copy your mask and paste onto your canvas, move it down so its just before your white layer
if needed resize.
Add your name and copyright
Save!
