Supplies Needed
Tube Of Choice (I used Steve Baier, Purchased from UpYourArt)
Font of Choice
Mask, Frame and ScrapTag
Open a new canvas 500x500
Flood fill white
Open SE_BentPhoto_3 and paste it onto your canvas
Select your magic wand and click inside of your frame
Selections, Modify then Expand by 2
Copy and paste your tube onto your canvas and move it below your frame
Selections, Invert then delete
Select None
Open SE_ScrapTag_HappinessIs, colourize it to match your tube and resize until happy
Copy and paste the ScrapTag onto your canvas, move it to the top left corner
Open retrobrush, Select your brush tool
Click on create brush tip from selection as shown in screenshot
Name it anything you want and click okay
New raster layer add your brush with a colour of your choice
Dublicate and flip, Position it where happy
Add a slight dropshadow
Open katzerl's-alphas-dangling-05, select a dangling chain
Position it on the right of your frame
Add a dropshadow to your picture frame, the chain and the scraptag
Select your eraser tool and erase some of the chain so it looks like its clipped onto the frame.
New raster layer and flood fill it with a dark colour
Goto Layers, New Mask Layer from Image
Find your mask, click okay
Delete mask, yes merge group. Resize the mask if needed
Add your name and and copyright, apply a slight dropshadow
Save!!
