Supplies needed
PSP
Animation Shop
Tubes of Choice ( I used Barbara Jensen, Purchased from here )
Scrap Kit of Choice ( I used a scrapkit called Moody blues by Farrah which you can get from here)
Open a blank 600x500 canvas
Flood fill white
If you are using Farrah's Moody Blues kit then Open the Double Frame paste it on to your canvas - dublicate and flip.
Close your white layer of and merge visble
With your magic wand select inside of your frames
Selections - Modify - Expand by 2
Open a background of choice and paste it as a new layer
Selections - Invert - Delete
Selections - Invert
Paste all 4 tubes you want to use and move them into place
Selections - Invert and press delete on all of your tube layers
Re name them 1, 2, 3, 4
Open some beads or diamonds and place on the top of your frames
Dublicate - Flip and move them into place
Dublicate again
Image - Free rotate left by 90
Move the beads/diamonds onto the side of your frames
Dublicate and mirror
Open a tag - resize it and move it to the top right of your tag
Add a little bow on top of the tag
Add a dropshadow to your frames, bow, tag, beads/diamond
Open a doodle, rotate it and resize if neccessary
Move it to just before the white layer
Add the same dropshadow
Open your main tube and paste it onto your canvas - move it so its inbetween the two frames
Add the same dropshadow as before
Add artist copyright and your name
Copy merged into animation save
Press CTRL and V together (this should post your tag as a new animation)
Back to PSP
Select tube 1 and change the blend mode to Lumninance Legacy
Copy merged and
Right click on current frame
Paste - after current frame
Back to PSP
undo the lumiance
Select the 2nd tube and change the blend mode to Luminance Legacy
Copy merged and
Right click on current frame
Paste - after current frame
Do this for the remaining 2 tubes
Edit - Select all
Animation - frame properties about 20
View animation and if happy save!!
